BAPTISMS<\/span><\/h3>\n

Praise God, 9 brothers and sisters will be baptized today at 1:30PM in the 3rd floor sanctuary. Everyone is welcome to observe and celebrate their baptisms together. EC will also be having a celebration dinner tonight at church at 5:30PM. If you are coming for the celebration dinner, please rsvp here<\/a> before 12pm.<\/p>\n

SUNDAY SERVICE REMINDERS<\/span><\/h3>\n

This is a friendly reminder to everyone that service is a time of worship, so please put your electronics away! Please refrain from attending to personal matters unless it is an emergency. Additionally, please plan to arrive on time as to not disrupt the service. If you are arriving late, please come in through the back doors instead of the front doors.<\/p>\n

LORD’S SUPPER<\/span><\/h3>\n

For the next three months, EC’s Lord’s Supper will be scheduled for the second Sunday of each month (5\/10, 6\/14, and 7\/12).<\/p>\n

7\/10-18 YSMP<\/span><\/h3>\n

Registration for the YSMP Arizona mission trip is open and ends on May 3. For more details, please contact Flora Jiang.<\/p>\n

CHURCH PLANTING MISSIONARIES<\/span><\/h3>\n

Our church is currently recruiting church planting missionaries to help with a new church plant at a different location to continue spreading the gospel and nurturing disciples. Please pray for the church as we prepare for this, and if you are interested, please talk to Pastor Mickey. This specific call ends 4\/30.<\/p>\n

CHURCH MEMBERSHIP<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Bible teaches us to be connected to the body of Christ and build up the church together. If you are a baptized believer who has been consistently attending our church services and fellowship for the past 6 months, consistently tithes, and has taken the membership class, we welcome you to apply for membership. Please speak with a member of the English Ministry Team if you are interested in applying.<\/p>\n

PRAYER MEETING<\/span><\/h3>\n

Please join us for our weekly prayer meetings on Wednesday nights 8PM in the Fellowship Hall. This week we will be praying for Luxembourg as we continue our series in Praying for the Nations.<\/p>\n

Please add “English Congregation or (“EC”) ” on your electronic or check offerings’ memo section.<\/strong> Donations via Zelle are tax-deductible, and the Accounting Office will include these gifts in a year-end receipt to the name registered on your Zelle-linked bank account.<\/p>\n

2026 CHURCH THEME<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Our church theme for next year is “Renewed in Mind<\/strong>” from Romans 12:2. From the earth being formless and void, to humanity falling into sin, and then to Christ\u2019s coming to accomplish salvation, God has continually been doing new things among His chosen people\u2014until the day the new heaven and new earth arrive. May, in the new year, the Lord who works wonders lead us to a renewal of our minds, usher us into a new season, and make us no longer the same.<\/p>\n

CHURCH PARKING<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

As more people return for in-person services, we kindly ask for brothers and sisters to take advantage of the free parking on the street. This way, we can save the church parking lot for guests, elderly, families with young children, or others who need easier access to the building.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DISPOSAL OF LUNCH BOXES<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

To follow government regulations for composting food waste, the church is implementing a waste reduction and classification system. In order to correctly classify waste, the church trash cans will no longer be for food waste<\/strong> (including beverage cups and cans). We kindly ask that you use reusable lunch boxes which you can take home to clean or, if you use disposable lunch boxes, to take those home and dispose of it yourself.<\/strong> Keeping the church clean requires everyone’s participation; please also kindly remind each other from time to time. Thank you so much for your cooperation!<\/p>\n

LUNCH TICKETS<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The church has decided to resume the lunch ticket sales system. Lunch tickets will be available for purchase at the entrance of the Fellowship Hall. Green tickets ($3) are for those who bring their own lunch boxes, red tickets ($4) are for those who need disposable lunch boxes, and yellow tickets ($1) are for children.
