[Theme] Blessed and Bless<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The poet described a picture full of joy and peace! I saw those whose hearts were full of expectation for the Holy Temple of God.\u00a0 When their feet really stepped into Jerusalem, all of their troubles were figuratively speaking – thrown out of the sky – regardless of the\u00a0<\/span>deceitful tongues<\/span>\u00a0of the Gentiles (Psalm 120), or the hardships encountered on the way (Psalm 121).\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the poet in Psalm 122:3,\u00a0<\/span>\u201c<\/span><\/b>Jerusalem is built like a city\u00a0that is constructed close together.<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u201d<\/span><\/b>\u00a0It seems to us that the city was well built – with every stone and every piece of material neatly stacked and perfectly connected – making the entire city stable and solid.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, through the narration of the poet, we could see that all of the tribes of Israel gathered together, cooperated with the priests and Levites who were in charge of sacrifices, and gave glory and praise to the Lord!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Jerusalem is certainly the center of worship, and the administrative center. Those in power should uphold God’s law and enforce justice and judgment. All people who come here should be in awe of God!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The people in the city, full of God’s love, prayed for\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>Jerusalem\u2019s peace and prosperity. It was conceivable that this city was so important. It connected the hearts of people because God was among them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The church is “<\/span><\/span>like a city<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>that is constructed close together<\/span><\/span>” (Psalm 122:3<\/span>),<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>built<\/span>\u202f<\/span>on the foundation<\/span>\u202f<\/span>of the apostles and prophets,<\/span>\u202f<\/span>with Christ Jesus himself<\/span>\u202f<\/span>as the chief cornerstone.<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple<\/span>\u202f<\/span>in the Lord<\/span><\/span>\u00a0(Ephesians 2:20<\/span>-21<\/span>).<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Although our brothers and sisters come from different places and have different backgrounds, because of Jesus Christ, we are able to\u00a0<\/span>be\u00a0 “<\/span>connected” and maintain a harmonious and beautiful relationship when worshiping God on Sunday. The Holy Spirit guides us and reveals the truth so that we can offer our best praise and worship to God!\u00a0 We are grateful because God is with\u00a0<\/span>us<\/span>\u00a0and He blesses us.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
