This is the last of the 15 Songs of Ascent. At the end of the day of the festive pilgrimage in Jerusalem, God\u2019s people are about to start their journey, to return to their own villages. The third verse is suitable to be read in a responsive way. Verse 1 and 2 begin with the people preparing to leave the Holy Temple and encouraging the faithful servants of God (priest, Levites), wanting them to continue to raise their hands to the sanctuary, praising the Lord; while God\u2019s servants also respond to God\u2019s people. God is the center of our worship. When everyone united together to bless<\/strong> the Lord, no matter if they are the priests, the Levites, or all the people who participate in worship, they can give God the reverence and glory that He deserves. Then the Lord who made the heavens and the earth can give blessings<\/strong> to His children according to His own glory. He will do it without any reservation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Blessing<\/strong> is a <\/span>two-way<\/span> street. Imagine on Sabbath day, when brothers and sisters meet and praise God. Everyone worships and praises God <\/span>whole heartedly. The pastor at the podium,<\/span> the worship team and the brothers and sisters in Christ, all of them united together <\/span>spiritually as they approach God, with their hearts and minds. God\u2019s name is being exalted. God\u2019s grace and <\/span>blessings circulate among brother and sisters. <\/span>Our God is willing to bless His people<\/span>.
