为了回归会堂后能提供弟兄姐妹们一个安全健康的崇拜环境。教会将预先组织并培训一个清洁消毒团队能在我们回归会堂实体聚会时，在聚会前后为会堂除菌消毒，请有意者请借此表格向林麟弟兄报名。（报名者会经过评估，确认符合以下健康状况及条件。）
To prepare a safe and healthy worship environment, church is calling for people to form a “Germ Hunter Team” that will clean and disinfect our worship place before and after meetings. Use the following form to apply as you are led. (Applicants will be assessed to meet the conditions below.)

• 年龄：21到64岁 / Between ages 21 to 64
• 没有气喘、肺部及心脏疾病、以及糖尿病病史 / Healthy, with no history of asthma, lung disease, heart disease, diabetes
• 目前无怀孕 /  Not currently pregnant
• 未服用免疫抑制药物 / Not taking immunosuppressant medications
• 能够准时 / Punctual
• 愿意委身且接受现场训练  / Willing to commit and get trained on site
