\u3010<\/i><\/span>\u7de8\u8005\u6309\u3011<\/i><\/span>I will ask God for help because I know I can\u2019t do things by myself. I will also be kind to others, don\u2019t steal other people\u2019s stuff, and follow God.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\"Baptism<\/a><\/p>\n

When I was little, I got to know Jesus because my parents brought me to church every week. I would worship, pray, and read the Bible. I learned about Jesus\u2019s teachings, how He performed miracles, and that we are all sinners. Sin is stuff that God does not like. I also learned that we need to trust Him, obey Him, and believe Him so we can be with God. My teachers at church and parents taught me about Jesus too. So, when I was 5 years old, I said, \u201cI want to trust in God.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

As I grew older, I understood more of what Jesus has done for us. He died on the cross for our sins so that we can be saved and be with God. I know that I am a sinner because whenever my friends don\u2019t do things the way I want them to, I say mean things to them like, \u201cI don\u2019t want to be your friend anymore\u201d and \u201cI don\u2019t want to play with you\u201d. I say these words to hurt their feelings. I know that is not good because the Bible says to \u201clove your neighbor as yourself\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

I tried to say kind words to my friends, but I couldn\u2019t do it on my own. So, I prayed to God and asked Him for help and I said, \u201cHelp me to be kind and loving to my friends, even when I don\u2019t feel like it\u201d. God heard my prayer. So when it happened again, I had the courage to go to my friends, and speak kind words like \u201cYour dress is pretty\u201d and \u201cCan we go to my house to play?\u201d in a nice way. Also, I like to take stuff that people accidentally drop on the ground. I grab the things that they drop and I walk away. But I know that the Bible says not to steal. So, I asked God\u00a0 for help, and I said “Help me to not steal from others\u201d, and God heard my prayer. So when I picked up something that belonged to someone else, I put it in the lost-in-found box. These things helped me know that God listens to my prayers and can help me.<\/span><\/p>\n

I want to be baptized because I want to follow Jesus and do what He taught us to do. Now that I believe in Jesus, I will try to do what the Bible says to do. And I will read the Bible and pray every day.\u00a0 I will ask God for help because I know I can\u2019t do things by myself. I will also be kind to others, don\u2019t steal other people\u2019s stuff, and follow God.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
