回歸會堂至今已半年多。根據這半年的經驗與評估，理事會將進行以下調整來減輕參加現場聚會的弟兄姐妹與來賓登記的負擔，同時保有能及時通知確診的消息的方法。
We have returned to church more than half an year. Learning from the experience during this time, we are now making further adjustment on the sign-up process to make it easier for all, while maintaining the ability to inform others when someone is tested positive.

1. 一次性註冊 One-time registration
   • 註冊的目的主要是為了留下聯絡方式，以便教會能及時通知您確診及與防疫相關的消息。
     The main purpose of the sign-up is to have a way to inform you if someone is tested positive in the same meeting, as well as any pandemic-related notices

2. 自由入座 Take any available seat
   • 弟兄姐妹可以自由選擇座位，但仍需按座位上的距離帶保持距離
     You will be able to take any available seats, please keep proper distance
   • 請仍然盡量往前坐，並配合招待的引導
     But please still try to fill the front seats first and cooperate with the ushers if directed
   • 家人可以坐一起，必要時可以移動座位上的距離帶
     Family members can seat together while maintaining proper distance from others
   • 請記得自己所坐的位置的大略區域
     Please take note of where you’re sitting approximately
3. 未事先註冊者 If you didn’t sign up…
   • 仍然歡迎您一起參加我們的現場聚會
     You’re still welcome to join us in-person
   • 可在門口掃描註冊網站二維碼，登網完成註冊，或直接把名字及聯絡方式留給招待
     You may scan the QR code at the entrance to go to the sign-up site to complete the form or just leave your name and contact info to the usher
   • 會後可以請團契同工協助完成一次性的註冊
     You can also sign up after the meeting with any coworker’s help
4. 確診通知 Positive test reporting
   • 若您在參加完現場崇拜後發現確診COVID-19，請務必儘早告知團契理事並告知所坐的大略位置
     If you are tested positive after an in-person meeting at church, please be sure to inform our fellowship council and provide the approximate location where you were sitting
   • 教會將以大家留下的聯絡方式以匿名的方式通知所有與會者並告知確診者的座位區域讓鄰近的弟兄姐妹能夠及時應對
     We will use the contact info from the registration to inform everyone anonymously if someone is tested positive for COVID, and will include the approximate sitting location so each can take the proper action in response.

以上調整是在弟兄姐妹們都一起有防疫觀念的基礎下做的調整。我們仍然需要戴口罩，保持距離，常洗手……等。若有症狀者或接觸過感染者的，請勿來參加現場聚會。謝謝大家的配合！
These adjustments will be carried out on top of the basic COVID prevention measures that are already in place. We are still required to wear masks, keep social distance, wash hands… And please stay home if you have any symptom or have contacted someone who has COVID. Thank you for your cooperation!
