回归会堂至今已半年多。根据这半年的经验与评估，理事会将进行以下调整来减轻参加现场聚会的弟兄姐妹与来宾登记的负担，同时保有能及时通知确诊的消息的方法。
We have returned to church more than half an year. Learning from the experience during this time, we are now making further adjustment on the sign-up process to make it easier for all, while maintaining the ability to inform others when someone is tested positive.

1. 一次性注册 One-time registration
   • 注册的目的主要是为了留下联络方式，以便教会能及时通知您确诊及与防疫相关的消息。
     The main purpose of the sign-up is to have a way to inform you if someone is tested positive in the same meeting, as well as any pandemic-related notices

2. 自由入座 Take any available seat
   • 弟兄姐妹可以自由选择座位，但仍需按座位上的距离带保持距离
     You will be able to take any available seats, please keep proper distance
   • 请仍然尽量往前坐，并配合招待的引导
     But please still try to fill the front seats first and cooperate with the ushers if directed
   • 家人可以坐一起，必要时可以移动座位上的距离带
     Family members can seat together while maintaining proper distance from others
   • 请记得自己所坐的位置的大略区域
     Please take note of where you’re sitting approximately
3. 未事先注册者 If you didn’t sign up…
   • 仍然欢迎您一起参加我们的现场聚会
     You’re still welcome to join us in-person
   • 可在门口扫描注册网站二维码，登网完成注册，或直接把名字及联络方式留给招待
     You may scan the QR code at the entrance to go to the sign-up site to complete the form or just leave your name and contact info to the usher
   • 会后可以请团契同工协助完成一次性的注册
     You can also sign up after the meeting with any coworker’s help
4. 确诊通知 Positive test reporting
   • 若您在参加完现场崇拜后发现确诊COVID-19，请务必尽早告知团契理事并告知所坐的大略位置
     If you are tested positive after an in-person meeting at church, please be sure to inform our fellowship council and provide the approximate location where you were sitting
   • 教会将以大家留下的联络方式以匿名的方式通知所有与会者并告知确诊者的座位区域让邻近的弟兄姐妹能够及时应对
     We will use the contact info from the registration to inform everyone anonymously if someone is tested positive for COVID, and will include the approximate sitting location so each can take the proper action in response.

以上调整是在弟兄姐妹们都一起有防疫观念的基础下做的调整。我们仍然需要戴口罩，保持距离，常洗手……等。若有症状者或接触过感染者的，请勿来参加现场聚会。谢谢大家的配合！
These adjustments will be carried out on top of the basic COVID prevention measures that are already in place. We are still required to wear masks, keep social distance, wash hands… And please stay home if you have any symptom or have contacted someone who has COVID. Thank you for your cooperation!
